Rates, transit times and capacities shown are estimates and may change. A binding quote is confirmed in writing after booking and verification of cargo details.

3. Incoterms & liability

Responsibilities follow the agreed Incoterm. Carrier liability is limited by applicable conventions; we recommend cargo insurance for full coverage.

4. Prohibited goods

We do not handle illegal, restricted or undeclared dangerous goods. Misdeclaration may result in refusal and legal action.

5. Intellectual property

Site content is owned by NorthLine Logistics Co., Ltd. or its licensors. Do not reproduce without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NorthLine is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or estimates provided.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where NorthLine Logistics Co., Ltd. is established. (Set this after legal review.)
