What clearance covers

We prepare and submit declarations, calculate duties and taxes where we act as broker, and resolve holds or document queries. Our team works in the Incoterms you choose (EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP) and aligns paperwork to your terms.

China export clearance

Cargo insurance

Standard carrier liability is limited and often inadequate. We arrange Institute Cargo Clauses (A) all-risk cover for the cargo's declared value plus freight, giving you a real claim path if goods are lost or damaged.

Never assume the carrier's limited liability covers your loss. Insure the declared value for peace of mind.

Do you act as the importer of record?+
Under DDP we can act as the importer of record via a local entity; under other terms the buyer usually is. We clarify this in the quote.
What does cargo insurance cost?+
Typically a small percentage of the insured value. Request a quote with your cargo value and we will price it.
Who pays duties?+
It depends on the Incoterm. Under DDP we prepay; under DAP/DDU the buyer pays at destination. We align documents to your term.
